The chair pose (UTKATASANA) in Yoga works the shoulder, back, legs, hips and gluts. The child`s pose is a resting pose which calmes, soothes the brain, relieves stress. In yoga there is always a balance between active and strong poses followed by another relaxed one...this pose relieves Back pain!
